The first three buildings at the Business Park have all been constructed to the design and specification of the occupiers. We can accommodate both warehouses/ production buildings and two storey office buildings or a combination of the two, as specifications typically include the following:-

Office buildings
• Two storey buildings with uninterrupted rectangular floor plates with both WCs and stairs in an adjoining pod.
• Full access to raised floors with carpets.
• Suspended ceilings with LG3 lighting.
• Ceiling-mounted heating/cooling.
• Male/female and disabled WCs.

Production/ Warehouse Buildings
• Steel portal framed construction.
• Height to underside of eaves 8m.
• Floor loading 30 Kn per sq m (835 lbs per sq ft).
• Fully insulated roof with 15% double skinned roof lights.
• Electrically operated overhead loading access doors.
• All mains services including gas and 3-phase electricity.
• Good car parking

All the occupiers so far have incorporated options on expansion land to allow for future growth.
